Scott Black is a member of the Board of Directors of Franklin Tomorrow. He is the Senior Vice President of Community Development at Bristol Development Group in Franklin. With over 18 years of experience in design, construction, and development, Mr. Black has managed over $150 Million (and 1000 units) of development for Bristol. He now leads the team responsible for all of Bristol’s for sale initiatives.
Prior to joining Bristol, Scott worked as an architect in the Southeast region of the United States. During those 8 years of practice, he worked on a variety of projects ranging from retail centers to free standing hospital facilities. Included in those various projects were several multifamily projects.
Within the Franklin community, Scott is active with the Franklin Housing Authority, the Urban Land Institute, is the current Board Chairman of the Franklin Housing Authority, and has been active member of the Franklin task force for affordable housing in the past.
