Franklin Tomorrow is thrilled to have four new Board Members! Meet Travis Lester, Katie Hale McClellan, Cathy Clark Perry, and Brian Shun.

Travis Lester

Travis is the Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for Mars Petcare, based in Franklin. He has worked for Mars since 2016 and is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University. He brings an incredible passion for equitable and inclusive society, but is also known as a visionary, builder of community, diverse teams, and a purpose-led leader.

Kathleen Hale McClellan

An attorney with Hale and Hale PLC, Katie is a multi-generational Williamson County resident and raising her family, with husband Michael, in the Westhaven community. She is a graduate of Nashville School of Law and The University of the South. She enjoys helping others through her law practice and guiding people through real estate transactions. 

Cathy Clark Perry

A 10th generation Williamson Countian, Cathy has raised three adult sons in Franklin and been active in a variety of organizations, such as the Boys & Girls Club. She is well-known in the community and active with her sons’ families, who live in Franklin.

Brian Shun

Brian and his family live in Franklin as tenants on a large farm. He is Founder & Principal at Thinkify Advisors and Co-Founder/Producer at Curiosity Continuum, which is described as “an industry innovating, non-traditional company passionate about growing wisdom in the next generation.” He has served as a member of Franklin Tomorrow Strategic Initiatives Committee for several years and helped launch the podcast and provide creative outlooks to issues and strategy.
 

Franklin Tomorrow is governed by a 25-member Board of Directors with various committees working on areas such as Community Outreach, Programming, Strategic Initiatives, and Marketing & Communications.
