Franklin Tomorrow has a job opening for an Operations Administrator in our office in downtown Franklin. The Operations Administrator will be an experienced and highly capable individual who supports the Executive Director and Board of Directors in the implementation of Franklin Tomorrow’s activities.

The Operations Administrator will work at the direction of the Executive Director in support of the operational and administrative needs of the organization. The Operations Administrator will work together with the Executive Director, Board members, and volunteers to promote efficient and effective operations and quality public events.

The position is full-time with flexible hours due to events, morning and afternoon meetings, etc. Franklin Tomorrow is an independent, 15-year-old, community visioning nonprofit which seeks to engage the community, foster collaboration and then advocate for a shared vision of the future of Franklin.
