The City of Franklin has announced Community Outreach for the Envision Franklin update will continue on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at Columbia State Community College in the Community Room. There will be two time slots offered to participate in, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. OR from 5-6:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to collect feedback, specifically on key planning considerations facing Franklin, Character and Placemaking, Housing, Conservation, Growth Areas, and Regional Commerce. A light lunch will be provided at the afternoon session and snacks will be provided for the evening session. There is no pre-registration portal, so citizens are invited to show up for this come-and-go style meeting.

On Thursday, March 23, 2023, City of Franklin Staff will be presenting the results from the Factory District Community Workshop to the Franklin Municipal Planning Commission (FMPC) and the Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA).

The FMPC and BOMA Joint Conceptual Workshop will begin at 5 p.m. and takes place in the City Hall Board Room, but is also available to stream and watch afterwards, details to watch are listed here.
