Join Franklin Tomorrow on Monday, Nov. 12, for our monthly FrankTalks lecture, focusing this month on “The Five Gears,” with a presentation on how to be present and productive when there is never enough time.

This session will teach attendees how to shift into the right gear at the right time so that they can grow in their relational intelligence and increase their influence. It will introduce the five different gears, or mindsets, that carry individuals through various facets of their day. GiANT Worldwide Partner Amy Norton will be joined by Josh Rhodes, DeAngelis Diamond Division Manager, in presenting the program.

This program is a follow-up to an earlier FrankTalks presentation by Norton, titled “Five Voices,” and is also viewed as a follow-up to Franklin Tomorrow’s community engagement and visioning initiative, On the Table.

The free lecture will be held at Westhaven’s Residents Club, 401 Cheltenham Ave., Franklin, TN 37064.

Norton has been a partner with GiANT Worldwide since January 2017, although she joined the firm in 2014 after serving as managing editor of StyleBlueprint, a rapidly-growing, digital media startup based in Nashville, TN, that delivers daily lifestyle-oriented content to women in Atlanta, Birmingham, Louisville, Nashville and Memphis. She holds a Master’s of Arts from University of Alabama and her undergraduate degree is from Randolph-Macon Women’s College.

Rhodes, division manager for the Nashville/Birmingham markets for DeAngelis Diamond, graduated from Murray State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technologies and has over 13 years of construction experience. His role includes the overall management and oversight of the Nashville office, based in Franklin.

FrankTalks is free and the public is invited. Franklin Tomorrow partnered with Vanderbilt University’s Office of Community, Neighborhood, and Government Relations to expand the frequency of FrankTalks in 2016 to a monthly program. It is held at various locations across the city, but always on the second Monday of the month.  Renasant Bank became a partner for this monthly series in 2018.
