Franklin Tomorrow’s monthly FrankTalks lecture on June 14, 2021, featured the quarterly City Hall on Wheels program, with City Administrator Eric Stuckey and department heads discussing the status of park, road and infrastructure improvements.
The hour-long program gives an update on projects across the City, including Mack Hatcher Parkway, the Highway 96 West trail, and Franklin Road. Also, officials discussed park enhancements planned at Liberty Park and Harlinsdale, as well as the proposed inclusive playground.
