Mindy, I would like to nominte Jennifer Pagliara for the one of the Exemplary Volunteer Awards. I would have nominated her sooner but I have been sick with COVID. I hope you will accept my nominationfor her in the Emerging Leader Award.
Jennifer and our path’s crossed many years ago, but I really met her when she was selected and particpated in the Leadership Middle Tennessese (LMT) program. As a former Board chair for LMT, I always partcipate and attend as many of the group’s programs and events as possible. I also have the opportunity to see Jennifer at various events outside of LMT since I visit the Franklin area often.
Jennifer is the Executive Vice-President and Financial Adviser at CapWealth and have served on our client advisory team since 2014.
Jennifer is a strong candidate for Emerging Young Leaders.

She first interned with the firm while pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Birmingham-Southern College. Upon graduating in 2010 she joined the firm full-time, working in both compliance and client services. In 2014 she completed her MBA at Belmont University with a concentration in Finance. While at Belmont Jennifer was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma (the top 10% of my class).
Jennifer is a Certified Financial Planner and Certified Trust & Financial Advisor (CTFA). She has earned her FINRA licenses including the Series 7, 63 and 65.
